If a link does not open or your file does not match the product description, email hello@decluttermethod.com with your product name and order email.

Refund requests

If there is a problem with your purchase, contact us with the details so we can review your request and work toward a suitable resolution. Do not send card details. Refunds, where issued, are processed through the original payment provider.

Before purchasing

Please check that you can use Google Sheets and review the product's features. These are digital templates, not physical planners. Ask us about compatibility before purchasing if you are unsure.
